Bio
Ferdie Tiongson is from Northern Luzon and is a physician by profession. His interest in photography started in 2009 when he was exposed to the beauty of the outdoors. He had attended several photography workshops and learned to hone his skills from different professional photographers. Whenever time permits, to escape from the toxic world of medical life, he travels to different places and practice his passion which is photography. Like a child, he gets amused and excited on discovering different possibilities with photography. Capturing unguarded emotions, finding memorable moments, appreciating simple things in a different perspective, are just some of the elements that he enjoys most with this kind medium.
One of his works is on display at the museum of the Minor Basilica of Saint Martin of Tours in Taal, Batangas.
When not into photography, Ferdie in his alter ego is an active consultant staff in Region II Trauma and Medical Center (RT2MC) and Medical Missions Group (MMG) Hospital.
